“Two young men deserve a pat on the back, even a raise! I was amazed today at this particular Jiffy Lube. This was a first time event for me. Here was a service company, that told me my "oil didn't need to be changed"!!! The oil was crystal clear, and the level was perfect. This young man (Sorry I didn't catch his name) asked me if I was sure the oil hadn't already been changed. He even was willing to show me the dip stick, which showed the synthetic oil was clear and the level accurate. The 2nd young man, showed the Toyota Tundra air filter, which had so little dirt, that I could hold off from changing until the next service.I gave each young man a tip and thanked them for their honesty. Rarely have I celebrated a gen "Z" for being honest servant leaders. Being an old baby-boomer myself, I was pleasantly humbled by their kindness and amazed by their honesty. I was blessed to be reminded that there are still great kids out there, even at Jiffy Lube.”
