“I am sharing my experience with Avenue garage because I feel they deserve to be recognized For navigating through some challenging things and putting up with me along the way.
I have a 2008 custom Bentley and it demonstrated some significant problems that needed to be addressed. It would be very easy to not be OK with the process from a customer point of view. So for somebody like me to say, I’m impressed with how they navigated through. Getting my car to behave is kind of a big deal.
I think when I look back on the experience, I would say under normal circumstances it took way longer than it should’ve to get this dealt with. That’s too easy. Yes, it did take a while to get everything resolved, but they never stopped until they got there. Kept me informed, even though I know they would have preferred not to call me. The most important thing is they never gave up. They got it done and they acted like it mattered as much to them as it did to me. That says a lot to me.
Relationships are everything to me and I certainly didn’t know where to take a car like that. So, the fact that they worked as hard as they did to make sure I was happy when they We’re done Was very important to me.
Based on my experience, I would recommend them”

“Went in to just get a new battery, in and out, not really, I was asked I'd I was going to wait, I said yes by the time they bring out the new battery I'll have this one out and ready for the new one, they said it would be an hour and a half wait, they said I'd have to wait for everyone in line first. So I went inside to the back service and sales area, got a battery, and replaced it myself ,then I had to wiggle my vehicle out of the line, you would think for a 160 dollar battery and 10 minutes of work they might have someone that could have done this, also next time I go in for a checkup, soon, I am going to have to replace the auto speed controll panel again, 3rd time I had to replace this they keep desinergrading for some reason and it's not parked in the sun ,always in the shade and if not I use a windshield visor.”
“I needed a tire pressure senor replaced, they were very polite, quick, made sure I was satified with every thing said come back when ever if the light does shut off, I went back in 2 min I was done. this is my 3rd time coming for for different things been happy with all”
