“I am sharing my experience with Avenue garage because I feel they deserve to be recognized For navigating through some challenging things and putting up with me along the way. I have a 2008 custom Bentley and it demonstrated some significant problems that needed to be addressed. It would be very easy to not be OK with the process from a customer point of view. So for somebody like me to say, I’m impressed with how they navigated through. Getting my car to behave is kind of a big deal. I think when I look back on the experience, I would say under normal circumstances it took way longer than it should’ve to get this dealt with. That’s too easy. Yes, it did take a while to get everything resolved, but they never stopped until they got there. Kept me informed, even though I know they would have preferred not to call me. The most important thing is they never gave up. They got it done and they acted like it mattered as much to them as it did to me. That says a lot to me. Relationships are everything to me and I certainly didn’t know where to take a car like that. So, the fact that they worked as hard as they did to make sure I was happy when they We’re done Was very important to me. Based on my experience, I would recommend them”

“Went in for a simple car battery. No bs behind the counter from the guys at a regular auto part store etc... The women here are extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Don't laugh at taking your car to Walmart Auto. Can't beat $50.00 for an oil change on my specific vehicle. I walked out with what I needed without the bs from the punk kids at an auto part store. I bring my Buick in for an oil change on Thursday. I didn't feel stupid walking out either. Wish they had more auto services here. I have trust issues with mechanics in SW Florida! So far thank you ladies for your help today!”
