Unfortunately this was a poor experience. Our U-haul was scheduled for 7am, with a mobile check in. We called the Uhual company, and the pick up location the day prior to confirm everything and were told we were all set. 7am we arrive and go to check in on the app where we were notified the auto shop “never assigned our U-Haul” - back and forth with the U-Haul company on the phone they gave us a discount but told us we had to wait for the auto shop to open. Auto shop was said to open at 8.. at 8:20 finally a staff member strolls in - after an hour and a half we finally got our U-Haul and now are nearly 2.5 hours late to our destination. Would not recommend this location, especially if you have a tight schedule.

Very friendly and nice service guy! He worked with us to get the U-haul returned early and he actually treats you like a person! I do recommend visiting dont let the more run down looks of the place turn you off.
