“I want you to know Ms. Cynthia was absolutely wonderful in helping yesterday. When I arrived she was alone in the Quincy Fl store. She managed to assist all of the people singlehandedly with a smile and a kind heart. She needs a raise and recognition for her Quality of Customer Service, efficiency and swiftness. She managed to do all she did even though the AC was not working and it was at least 81 degrees in that store. “At first I was upset with Aaron’s they kept giving me the run around, (the one in Tallahassee). I had to pick my bed up and it needed installed, I was so frustrated… I told Mr. Jason (the manger) im not paying for it either? but Mr. Jason (in Quincy Aaron’s) came through clutch and helped me out, he brought my boxspring and put my bed up while they was closing up, God bless him.”
