“Been a Tmobile customer for almoat 20years and got tired of the bill getting higher and calls continously dropped whipe driving on I10. Stopped into Verizon in Quincy to see what they cpupd do for me and Theary was absolutely amazing. He went ABOVE and beyond to help my husband and I. We walked out with 4 new Iphone and my bill was almost the same as my 3 lines with Tmobile. He stayed over an hour after closing to ensure all of my information and pictures transferred properly. Best customer service ever and I hope Verizon values Theary! Thank you again for his kindness!!”
