“So thankful CPR was able to repair my IPhone. After fixing the initial problem it had other issues. Chris didn’t give up, he worked on it a couple of days and was able to get it working again. Was able to recover all my data and pictures. I would recommend them without any reservations.”

“Chico is an amazing Representative for Verizon. He took excellent care of my griefing sister after leaving Apalachee Parkway location, where she encountered an inconsiderate and horrible manager who had no compassion for her after the loss of her husband. I really appreciate Chico’s support and compassion. He’s truly the personification of kindness and embodies the meaning of Customer Service Representative and Professionalism.”

She took her time with us and explained everything that we needed to know and I was just thankful for the professionalism and treatment that she gave us! Way to go. Courtney”

“I had a great experience at Verizon thanks to Leo, who truly went above and beyond to help me. I came in because a previous request that had been handled over the phone was not completed correctly by another associate. Leo took the time to carefully review my account, understand the situation, and fix the issue. He was professional, patient, and very reassuring throughout the entire process. Leo explained everything clearly and made sure the request was completed properly this time. His willingness to go the extra mile and provide excellent customer service turned what could have been a frustrating situation into a very positive experience. Verizon is lucky to have employees like Leo who genuinely care about helping their customers. Thank you again, Leo, for your patience and outstanding support!”

“Outstanding job. I gave my Iphone to Crane, went over to Fresh Market --to laugh at the hippie-yuppies and the prices; I noted the conspicuous absence of Black Rifle Coffee, but plenty of tofu and other Gack-- and by the time I got back my phone was ready. I WILL use them again.”

“I had an outstanding experience at this Verizon location thanks to Bryant and Khalil. I came in for a phone upgrade, and from the moment I walked in, they made the entire process smooth, easy, and enjoyable. Not only did they make sure every detail of my account was correct, but they also took the time to answer my questions and made the whole experience feel personal. We shared some great laughs along the way, and I genuinely walked out feeling more like family than just another customer. Excellent customer service is hard to find these days, and this location truly has something special in Bryant and Khalil. Verizon is fortunate to have them representing the brand. Thank you both for making my day”

“Ciyera was very helpful , I mean 10 10 10 10 all across the board . I walked very frustrated after trying all day to activate my replacement device (didn’t know my pin, I must be honest ) we spoke to at least 4 reps before getting one who was able to help , she remained calm and helped me stay calm as well . She also boxed my return for me and taped it .”

“Sebastian went above and beyond to help my daughter and me get her cell phone service restored. He stayed after closing to ensure we left with a fully functioning phone, demonstrating an exceptional commitment to customer satisfaction and service excellence. From start to finish, Sebastian was professional, courteous, accommodating, knowledgeable, and incredibly patient. He took the time to explain everything clearly, made us feel valued as customers, and never made us feel rushed—even after the store had closed. His dedication to delivering outstanding customer service and creating a positive customer experience truly set him apart. Employees like Sebastian add tremendous value to your company and are the reason customers remain loyal. Thank you, Sebastian, for your professionalism, commitment, and willingness to go the extra mile. If I could give you 10 out of 10 stars, I absolutely would. “Ashley (store manager) and Jake were very helpful and knowledgeable. They were able to help explain every detail to us, break everything down, and answer any questions we had. They helped us figure out the best solution and plan that fit our needs. They sat down and went over every break down of numbers with us, to help us understand payments for our plan and the best costs we could get for what we wanted. Making from one carrier to them transitions easy.”

“Ask for Rajan (not sure if the spelling) Excellent customer service! We drove an hour and a half from another T-Mobile store. That was such a disappointment in customer service to walking into this place seeking the same device as the other T-Mobile store and John was so helpful. He immediately let us know that they didn't carry the model we needed and proceeded to call another store and secure one for us. We were in and out in less than 5 minutes and it renews my faith in T-Mobile's customer service capabilities. If you need something definitely go see this guy. It's inside of the Sam's club and you don't need a card to get to it”

“This review is for Tiffany she delivered excellent customer service and was very helpful with my situation which was a 1 in a million that rarely happens to anyone. She was already supposed to leave for the day when her employee arrived and took over her shift but she said she would stay to help me solve my problem. She was on call with customer service for almost 45 minutes and she remained very patient as they made things more complicated than they needed to be, meanwhile also remaining calm and patient when an aggressive customer came in causing trouble. She got my problem fixed and definitely saved myself a lot of headache. She’s a great employee who will go out of her way to help you”

“I was trying to order a gift from a wedding registry, and I ordered it online to pick up at the Apalachee Parkway store. However, when I got there, they said they didn't actually have it in stock. So the wonderful person at the Pick-up counter checked all over town, and found out that the Thomasville Road store had Five in stock. I was relieved, and drove there right away. It turned out they only had One in stock, but the pick-up desk person went and got it for me!Then it turned out that the box was torn, although the inner wrapping was undamaged. So then the Target employee reduced the price because the packaging was torn! I saved some money, got exactly the present I wanted, and was so pleased with the help and thoughtfulness of the Target employees at both stores. I LOVE shopping at Target.”

“So yesterday my husband lost his phone. We decided to get another one. But we are from out of town. I figured it would be so hectic to get another phone. Boy was I wrong. We walk into the store and the polite young man named Elijah took good care of us. He was attentive and very nice. He had us in and out of there in no time. I was happy he has good customer service skills. Again thank you, Elijah”
