“We were in our Safari Kahalari Class A RV when we experienced brake loss. We called and spoke with Shelly who was very helpful and advised they could look at it in the morning but that we could park overnight and have access to water and pump out. We arrived and spoke with John who was helpful in getting us on the books. This is an older RV and parts are not always available. Rusty and his tech (Git-r-done type gent) we able to retrofit parts to make it work better than ever. They are all friendly and accommodating even when you accidentally press the brake with the system open and pump out 2 qts of brake fluid in their parking lot. I wouldn’t push them on that though as kindness has its limits and that is asking a bit much. (Sorry Rusty! ?) Definitely recommend 5 stars”
“Mr. Gibson is a very cool, very down to earth guy. My throttle cables were poorly routed thru aftermarket handlebars n he figured out the perfect routing where the handlebars can turn to the extreme without the cables bending. He had my bike in & out with no hassle at a very reasonable price. Much L&R to Mr. Gibson for getting me back on 2 wheels!”

“This is the first time, I had them do a body paint repair. Excellent service and hospitality. He got my vehicle in the next day, quick service on a Saturday . He fixed the one side of the mirror and paint, but decided to do the the other one which was in excellent shape at no additional charge. The price was great, very knowledgeable, respectful with integrity and professional manner!!!! Don't hesitate to take your vehicle there for repairs and body repair!!!!!”

“Yesterday yesterday, October 24th. I visited Woods Garage to diagnose and Repair my Non-working tail lights and right back turn signal light signal light.I had tried to have this fixed by 5 other techs/mechanics located closer to where I live in Hawthorne. But nobody could figure out why they would not work. I called Woods garage Hoping that they would see me, Mr. High was quickly able to diagnose the problem and fix the malfunction mal by cleaning and resetting the Light bulb in the driver's Side headlight Assembly that was not blown. And consequently It was not an obvious cause for the non-functioning back lights on the passenger side I am most grateful for their efficiency competency and continued kindness.What is impossible for others is simple for them. They are the best. I have learned to go to them first and not the last.”
“It takes a special mechanic to be able to fix an old import. I have a 1981 280ZX that needs a lot of TLC. I had taken it to three mechanics who could not diagnose why it was running terribly. Nick, a service representative, took my call and scheduled my appointment. He updated me during the time that they had my car. He provided me with a loaner car so that I could have something to drive while my car was with them for almost a month. Nick went above and beyond with accommodating me and making it easier for me with my newborn baby and having to deal with car issues. I am very appreciative of Volvos customer service!
