“We were in our Safari Kahalari Class A RV when we experienced brake loss. We called and spoke with Shelly who was very helpful and advised they could look at it in the morning but that we could park overnight and have access to water and pump out. We arrived and spoke with John who was helpful in getting us on the books. This is an older RV and parts are not always available. Rusty and his tech (Git-r-done type gent) we able to retrofit parts to make it work better than ever. They are all friendly and accommodating even when you accidentally press the brake with the system open and pump out 2 qts of brake fluid in their parking lot. I wouldn’t push them on that though as kindness has its limits and that is asking a bit much. (Sorry Rusty! ?) Definitely recommend 5 stars”

“During my road trip from upstate New York down to Florida, I needed an oil change for my motorcycle while vacationing in Ocala. Searching for a trustworthy local shop, I discovered Gibson Kustoms, just a few miles from where I was staying. When I arrived, the shop was bustling with activity—motorcycles filled the lot, clearly showing how highly regarded the place is among riders. Even though Mr. Gibson was swamped with work, he understood that I was on the road and made it a priority to fit me in. As Mr. Gibson worked on my bike, I wandered around the shop and noticed some impressive custom audio setups. I mentioned that my motorcycle already had front and rear custom speaker pods with four 6.5-inch speakers. Curious about how everything was working, I asked Mr. Gibson one question about my audio setup. Instead of a quick response, he spent the next 15 to 20 minutes giving me a masterclass on motorcycle audio. He explained that my front and rear speakers were actually playing out of phase, which was causing the sound to feel hollow and less powerful. What really stood out was how Mr. Gibson broke down the issue in a way that was easy to understand. He used simple examples—describing how sound waves can cancel each other out when speakers are wired incorrectly—and even drew a quick diagram to show how to reverse the polarity on my rear speakers. He also gave me practical tips on testing the sound and making adjustments myself, all without charging me a dime for his time or advice. Mr. Gibson’s passion for motorcycles and his community was obvious throughout my visit. He treated every customer like a neighbor, not just another job on the list. His willingness to share his knowledge, his attention to detail, and his genuine care for both his craft and his customers set Gibson Kustoms apart from other shops. Whether you need routine maintenance, custom audio installations, or just some honest advice, I can’t recommend Gibson Kustoms highly enough. Didn't use them for another repair, the price was, literally, twice as high as two other reputable competitors. I would have stayed there if it was a little higher but the amount was thousands higher. I took one star away because I was treated very angrily and told to not come back. I had used them 3 times and never price checked them. This was the first time I had done so and, in my opinion, this was their true colors as I was told to not return. I understand people are human so that is why I only took 1 star away. As asked to, I shall never return.”

“Yesterday yesterday, October 24th. I visited Woods Garage to diagnose and Repair my Non-working tail lights and right back turn signal light signal light.I had tried to have this fixed by 5 other techs/mechanics located closer to where I live in Hawthorne. But nobody could figure out why they would not work. I called Woods garage Hoping that they would see me, Mr. High was quickly able to diagnose the problem and fix the malfunction mal by cleaning and resetting the Light bulb in the driver's Side headlight Assembly that was not blown. And consequently It was not an obvious cause for the non-functioning back lights on the passenger side I am most grateful for their efficiency competency and continued kindness.What is impossible for others is simple for them. They are the best. I have learned to go to them first and not the last.”

Nick, a service representative, took my call and scheduled my appointment. He updated me during the time that they had my car. He provided me with a loaner car so that I could have something to drive while my car was with them for almost a month. Nick went above and beyond with accommodating me and making it easier for me with my newborn baby and having to deal with car issues. I am very appreciative of Volvos customer service!
