When I arrived, I was helped by Jason Smargon (Assistant Manager) and Armando Vazquez (Shop Manager). They were both incredibly professional and took the time to put my car up on the lift to thoroughly inspect the brakes. To my pleasant surprise, they came back and told me that my brakes and rotors were perfectly fine – not brand new, of course, but still had plenty of life left in them for a while.
What truly impressed me was their honesty and transparency. They easily could have pushed for a sale, but instead, they prioritized giving me accurate information. They even went a step further, assuring me that if I were to need brakes down the line, they could easily beat the dealership's $600 quote by a couple hundred dollars.

“I have been using Firestone Auto Care for decades. I found the Bloomingdale location is easier to schedule an appointment than my local Big Bend location. When I take my car to the dealership and I am always given a list of things that need repair. Unless I know there is an issue ahead of time, I get a second opinion from Firestone. The $10 inspection is well worth it to confirm or deny what the dealership claimed as a necessity. I find that the Bloomindale location is honest and don't have the up sell tactics like the dealership. I appreciate Firestone for this honesty. And I trust this Firestone location.”
“Great place to find parts!! Starter in my car began going bad, so I called the dealership. The new starter was $800+ and needed to be ordered. So, I called AutoZone $330+ core & needed to be ordered online for shipping to store of my choice. Wasn’t happy with those prices or options so I looked into used parts. Found a like-new starter off a car with 33K miles for $80! Customer service was excellent over the phone and in person. Starter was brought out in less than 10 minutes, I was totally expecting to wait 30-40. I would give Gagles 10 stars if it was an option. Thanks again guys, you will always be my first call for used parts!”
