“This was my first experience at this location and it all went really well. I went to get a valve stem replaced in one of my tires. Unfortunately, I had to get the sensor attached to it replaced as well due to damage, but that wasn't their fault. They replaced it in a reasonable amount of time and the customer service was wonderful. Overall, a great experience.”

I have been taking my 2006 Volvo to Sam and Soto since the Tampa Volvo department became so inept and my only regret is that I did not find Sam sooner. I thought I had written a review prior, but I needed to come on here and say p&m has integrity. I have been here before as my significant other and their family recommended.. As someone who has no idea about cars, it’s intimidating going to a mechanic. Always scared if they are being honest and P&M has been nothing but more than honest and helpful. From fitting me in when they are booked, so they can at least look at it so I can have an answer. They go above and beyond. If I ever move out of the Brandon area, I will still call p&m first!”
