“My BMW 740i needed some bumper refinishing. I brought my car over to T&K Auto Collision and was greeted by the owner, Jesus. He assessed the work needed to be done and explained everything to me in a calm, polite and respectful manner. I could see that he was detail oriented as well as confident about the repair work. He assured me that he would do his best and gave me a very fair estimate so I decided to have him do the repair work. He completed the work in a timely manner. “Got my car’s paint fully redone and had my windshield swapped out with them after having leaks and near-total paint failure, they did an excellent job. Good itemized price, thoughtfully explained to me. Jeremy and Jacob were helpful throughout the whole process and provided great service. After two weeks, everything has held up perfectly. “After accidentally hitting my car on a concrete garage pillar downtown, my car got banged up! I was feeling so disappointed in myself for being so careless!! I called my insurance to see if I could take it to the closest collision center and the one I was sent to was the location on N. Florida Ave. The staff in there turned my whole day around! The girl at the front desk was sooo helpful and sweet, she offered me water, coffee and popcorn while I waited. I really wasn’t expecting that at all! There was another girl named Ashlee that helped me too and was also so sweet, they really know how to treat customers great especially since people are obviously there from having some kind of situation occur so the sensitivity towards our feelings really matters! My car was there for a little over a week, the shop texted me with every update, when I finally got my car back it looked like new!!! Best experience!”
“My Z06 had some damage on the bottom of its front splitter which I needed repaired. Upon arriving I was greeted by very friendly staff and had the pleasure of dealing with Nando. He did an excellent job walking me through the process and provided me with a great quote. He made great conversation with me throughout my time at the shop as well and I truly felt like a valued customer.
They did an excellent job with the repair. It was completed quickly and efficiently. Now my splitter looks the way it did when I first bought the car! I would also like to add that Michael's communication via email was excellent and always prompt. Whenever I need any auto work done, this is the spot I'm coming to! “My mechanic recommended Collision Guys as we needed to replace the front bumper and back side panel of one of our cars. I went to the shop and met the new owner, Ibrahim. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and diligent. His goal was to give me the best price possible. He immediately got to work looking for the parts we needed so he could give me an estimate. Understandably, that took a little while because we opted for used parts instead of new to save on costs. We chatted as he looked for parts online and called around to get pricing. Once we got that, he gave me an estimate and told me the car would be ready the next day. When they took the broken pieces apart, they found another part that was needed to complete the job, and he called to explain. Despite all that, the car was ready the next day, as promised. He went above and beyond to get it done and to do a quality job on our car. Ibrahim is a great example of a small business owner who works with integrity and is working hard to enhance this business' reputation. I really appreciated his timely communication and dedication to giving us a good customer experience. Next time our cars need any type of body work, we will return to Collision Guys. They did a great job not only getting the car done in time, but they painted the bumper and matched the color perfectly.”

“I recently bought a car and realized 4 days later the front quarter panel was bowed and it didn't align with the rest of the car. I stopped by Caliber on Christmas Eve without an appointment to get an estimate for repair. Brian greeted me and did an inspection with me and had someone else double check his assessment. He was able to do the repair work immediately and within 2 hrs. ,and for $135 less than he quoted, my car was repaired perfectly and all parts now align. They also inspected the area for prior damage and found none.Thanks to Brian,the technician, and the staff at Caliber. They fixed my stupidly for not catching this when I bought the car.”
