“Our car's windshield and sunroof were broken and glsss from the roof was inside the car on the seats and floor, etc. I called on Saturday and spoke with Kristina. She could not do the sunroof but ordered a new windshield. On Monday she and Rick replaced the windshield, recalibrated the camera and rain sensor, cleaned up the broken glass inside the car and then sealed the open roof to protect the car from rain and allow it to be driven until the sunroof is replaced. Their prompt professional service was impressive and rare. It's nice to know that there are still professionals available”
“I am a repeat customer and I put my husband on to Performance Pit Shop. We both agree this place does fantastic work. I had window tinting done and I was not disappointed. I called before business hours, not paying attention to what time they opened and they called me back to see how they could help me. “My experience is nothing like some of these reviews. My repair had failed on the roof of my F150. Under USAA Star Warranty program all repairs have a lifetime warranty as long as you own the vehicle. Now, I read the reviews and was reluctant to bring my vehicle in because of them. I can tell you the whole process was extremely smooth and on time. Brandi told me about 4 to 5 days and it was spot on. Felicia, the front office lady, was helpful and nice as well. I got my truck back and the repair is outstanding. My truck was also washed and looked vacuumed out. Another plus imo. Im trying to be more balanced and I am writing this review because I did not receive a 3.7 star service. Quite the contrary. 5 stars. Very smooth process.”
