Today, I visited to open an account, and Jessica was my representative. She was incredibly kind and professional, providing a very detailed explanation of how to open the account and how to manage it in the future. If only all employees in the world were as kind as her, it would truly be a more beautiful place. Chase Bank should be very proud to have such an outstanding employee. Additionally, Guillermo from JPMorgan also provided excellent guidance on which financial products would be best for retirement planning. Now, if I can just successfully get a credit card, the first step of settling in Florida will be complete! So excited!

Worst experience of banking professionalism I've ever had to deal with. I will never come to this branch again.... Mr. Illanes sat in his office with another employee while customers waited 25 to 30 minutes to be seen... they were laughing it up and I'm thinking if I ran a business I would see about the clients first then we can continue our conversation later. Then he comes out speaks to whom he prefers to first instead of looking at the que that is already set and in order... then here is the kicker he is telling me everything he can't do and has yet to ask what do I need done or serviced to my account. The only good experiences was the interaction with business customer service representative who ordered my card had she been in the office I wouldn't have had to write this... we have choices maybe I need to look at other options for banking purposes in the future....

Well, when you arrive and you sit in the drive-through for 20 minutes and nothing happens the drawer sits open. Your cash is in it deposit slip in it. pen is in it. You would think in 20 minutes you’d be able to get a cash deposit Put into the bank in 20 minutes I don’t think that’s too unreasonable, but it was too much to ask

Horrible!Horrible! service I opened an account spent 3 hours then the bank closed my account 1 week later by the banks error. I had to return open a brand new account wasting three more hours.
I asked Nicholas, rep on site where my money was from the original account he couldn’t get my money after me asking home to conference me on with customer service and me insisting on tge conference on the third visit absolutely horrible I’m still waiting on my money from the original account. I filed a complaint, WHAT A JOKE!!! nothing works because their complaint department is a complete loser as well. They have to transfer me to another department after you file a complaint.
This branch, Customer service and their representatives are clueless. I would never do business with this bank again once I get my money back I’m closing every one of my account accounts so much for being a private client. total jokester!!!!

After having trouble opening a business account online. I worked with Jessica at the Riverview location. She was on point with her presentation, very proefssional, and made the process very easy. I will be referring my network to work with her from now on!

30 minutes waiting in the lobby no one greeted me. Although I didn’t have an appointment, when another person was called no one thought to tell me if there was no availability … I needed up leaving as did another customer for the same reason

In today's world this banks lack of technology dumbfounds me.How do they not have a ATM in the lobby before the teller stations??? Why don't they update the ATM inside the front entrance? Each transaction lasts 5 mins each.Riverview and Big Bend deserves better from Chase.UGRADE THIS LOCATION IMMEDIATELY!!!

This bank needs its technology overhauled and faster service altogether. It’s my least favorite branch to go to. The corporation needs to invest in it as this area is only booming in growth more. Makes no sense for machines to always be out of order

Daughter opened a college savings account. All cash, teller miscounted throughout the day, $1500 drawer shortage. - thought it was my daughters and took $1500 out of her account and then found out it was someone else’s or stolen by teller.
