Zero stars not available. I have a business in multiple states, retail. I chose Chase because they were conveniently located to my establishments. Most customers pay via debit/credit card. On occasion we have cash in stores and employees make deposits into Chase. That was until Chase closed the account. Can not tell me why or how. "We have the right to close any account at any time with no reason to provide to you" was all the overseas department can tell me. I spoke to a supervisor with the hopes of a lesser language barrier. It was WORSE. I am not in check systems. I have never defaulted, bounced, overdrew my account....absolutely nothing on the sorts. Please use a local bank if you can. Chase could care less of their customers. They even made money off me in the process if my balance fell below $2500. Well played Chase, well played. Now I have to go into my wallet and see what else I have with Chase to close any credit cards because I will never pay them a dime. I hope there stock tanks and they are no longer a bank in the future. Far fetched, but if you claim to send a letter of that magnitude that will significantly impact a business, that warrants a certified letter. Business owners are hounded by financial institutions to lend money to us.

Chase now recommends scheduling an appointment to open new accounts, yet they take walk-ins depending on their banker’s availability. This was the first Chase location here in Riverview, Fl I walked in today, without an appointment & was turned away when some employees were visibly doing nothing. I walked in, there was one woman & a small child sitting in lounge area. There was a banker to my immediate right, closest to the entrance speaking with patrons in a private cubicle. I walked closer towards the middle trying to make contact with two female bankers in a glass like cubicle office for assistance. I stood there for approximately 2-3 minutes observing the two female bankers (walk in, to your left, office closest to the teller counter) one sitting at the desk, the other standing, talking to each other & neither attempted to see if I needed assistance or simply greeted me! The female banker sitting at the desk, looked directly at me twice & quickly turned back to speaking to the other female employee, CLEARLY ignoring me with a complete lack of customer service etiquette! One of two bank tellers at the counter did in fact greet me after a few minutes & attempted to see if they could squeeze me in. However, I was still turned away & those same female bankers still talking & ignoring patrons. After exiting, I sat in my vehicle for 15 minutes or so, calling different Chase locations & only one patron walked in during that time, but they only used the ATM at the front. I DON’T RECOMMEND ANYONE using this location. The issue isn’t being turned away because I didn’t have an appointment, it’s the lack of acknowledgement, customer service & making patrons feel ignored! Chic-fil-a & Publix train & have outstanding employees compared to Chase. If I could of gave “0” stars for this location, I most definitely would of! Chase really needs to step it up & do better, especially the employees at the Riverview (Big Bend) Fl location!

First…I don’t understand why this bank’s rating and reviews aren’t higher!! I just went there to get a bank check and was anxious of whether or not I would even be able to make my transaction. I currently don’t use Chase, but my name is on one of my adult children’s account. I came around noon, there was a line, and this very personable woman came out (Jennifer, Bank Manager) and started “directing traffic” to make sure customers were cared for asap! And, wow!! After a very short wait in line, I was assisted by Vivian, teller (not sure correct spelling-sorry), and I was able to walk out within minutes!! I successfully completed the transaction that I came in to handle!! Wow!! Wow!! Wow!! Amazing!! Too many financial institutions seem to come up with reasons why they cant help you. Yeah, I know banking rules and regulations-just tired of it all and makes you want to stay away from mainstream ways of doing business! Just moved here and once I transfer all my accounts-this is going to be my bank!! Thank you for making it a GREAT day Ladies!!

The young man who helped me was so attentive and kind. I have had this bank for years now and this branch is always so accommodating!

So first of I'm a bartender who deposits cash frequently and every time I come to the counter they complain saying I should use the atm. Which I understand if your atms wouldn't reject all my cash but they do every time and I'm done with it. So today I go in frustrated as it rejects my cash and the lady has the audacity to say I shouldn't be upset and to get over it. So either way I get disrespected for using the atms and them not working or going to the counter and them saying use the atms. Second I have updated my address 7 times in person at this location and somehow they manage to send my new debit card to an addresses I lived at 5 years ago. Then when I call expressing this they say we do this to secure our customers safety... you sent my debit card with access to my accounts to a stranger 4 times in a row. How do you mess up four times and call yourself a secure bank. It's honestly a joke.

Had to go to the branch because I wasn’t able to do what I needed on the app. As soon as I walked in Mr. Duncan could tell I needed help, took me to his office and helped me right away! Very nice & quick. Thanks.

Wont answer the phone no matter what time I call, or how many times I call. The Site doesn’t do much for people and doesn’t answer new customers questions much at all and when you try to call you don’t receive no answer. The branch itself isn’t bad tho and the people were very polite to me.

Find another bank or branch. Won't answer phone, was told to come into bank to set appointment to open another account. Once we got to the bank they would not set an appointment and told us to do it online and they were booked till next week. I have never seen a company make you work so hard to try and give them money. I would look elsewhere

Worst experience ever. They don’t have employees at all and the employees that they have you can tell they don’t want to help at all. They told me all that you need is at chase.com seriously. Thank you for the worst customer service ever.

Had a great experience with Raul. He understood exactly what I needed and took care of me right away when opening my account last year. Today I had issues logging in due to getting a new phone and he reached out to me as soon as he read my email to make sure I was taken care of. I would definitely recommend to schedule an appointment with Raul if you ever need anything.

February 15, 2022This Chase Bank, 10391 Big Bend Rd, Riverview, FL 33578, is the " WORST " Chase bank I've ever been to. They're very rude to customers when they ask a question. As I was standing in line waiting to be helped, a Disabled Senior Citizen (lady) asked the teller if she could speak with a banker. The teller was very rude to her and told her that she needed to make an appointment, so she asked her if she could make one. The teller said no, very rudely, and told her to go on Chase.com to make her own appointment, and the lady left with a sad and confused face. I went to the teller booth and told her she shouldn't speak to customer like that: respect your elders. When I asked to speak with a manager, she stated there was no manager there. I would never ever return to that location again! I will be calling Chase's complaint department! ??
