“WILFRED IN THE PLUMBING DEPARTMENT is AWESOME! I’m pretty limited in my knowledge of anything re plumbing. Mr Wilfred is always so helpful and with such great attitude. Today I came with a list of plumbing items necessary for a job I’m having done, which were foreign to me. He helped me with all of it—went isle to isle, and even took the time to explain what they were for. He definitely saved me a whole lot of time.
I’m so grateful for him and all the other great employees I’ve had the pleasure of interacting with at this Lowes. I’ve never had a negative experience every time I come here—which is quite often!”
