“Plumbers are out of their minds lately with their pricing! I needed my cast iron clearing drain snaked and I’ve seen it done several times before. I went to this Home Depot’s rental department and Jameri couldn’t not have been more helpful!!! He gave me complete instructions, tutorial and mostly the confidence that I could do it on my own from what I described. Immediately took the equipment home, snaked the drain and got the equipment back in almost and hour. Instead of paying $1200 that plumbers quoted me…I paid $75! Could not be happier- Thank you!!!”

“Great one stop place for tile, flooring, counters and cabinets! We purchased tile here and couldn't be happier with the selection and service. The best part of our experience was our consultant, Diana, who has a great eye for color and style and is a master at interpreting what you're asking for and finding it in the show room. She is the best person we encountered in designing our new home. Diana comes from a textile background and uses that to help you find the perfect color, texture, and material. She patiently helped us figure out how to match our countertops and cabinets even though we had purchased those already elsewhere, and even gave us advice on good paint colors. We felt like we had our own personal designer. They encourage you to take samples home and see how they work in your space.”

“Management is the worst. I had an issue with one of the tools that I bought for Christmas which was highly recommended by their staff members. When I came in I spoke directly to the manager to either expecting the warranty or get a new tool. They gave me a hard time and refuse to help, even though I had the receipt and was well within warranty period. I told them I would give them a nice review in return (this one) and that I would just buy a replacement tool on amazon (picture). So far Im much happier spending my money elsewhere.”
