“I had an outstanding experience at The Home Depot! From the moment I walked in, the customer service was excellent. The store was clean, organized, and fully stocked, making it easy to find everything I needed for my home and garden projects. What truly made this visit exceptional was the manager. They were incredibly kind, professional, patient, and genuinely caring. It’s rare to come across a manager in the garden area who goes above and beyond to make customers feel valued and appreciated. They took the time to assist me, answer questions, and ensure I had everything I needed. Their positive attitude and leadership clearly reflect throughout the store and staff. The employees were also very friendly and helpful, creating a welcoming shopping environment. You can tell the team works hard and takes pride in providing great service. Checkout was quick and efficient, and overall the experience exceeded my expectations. Thank you to the amazing manager and staff for making my visit such a pleasant one. Exceptional customer service like this keeps customers coming back. Highly recommend this Home Depot location!”

“I stopped by the see if they had any furniture and was surprised by the number of pieces. I felt the prices were a little high and most of the pieces needed a good cleaning. The sales people were friendly and not pushy but did try to get a sale. Large section of light fixtures and new in box housewares items. We were short for time so didnt look around too long but would stop back in if I had more time.”

NO WALK IN, 1028 Bal Harbour Dr, Apollo Beach FL 33572
“They were very accommodating, delivered with full set up, and offer a warranty unlike any other. I’m mid 30’s and this is actually my first brand new sectional purchase and I couldn’t be happier. I found them on OfferUp which is usually pretty iffy so what a lucky (and local) find!”

“Went to pick up a rental truck and made it for the Valrico location, which I assume a lot of people do.Joseph was quick and assertive to help with my issue and was able to find us a truck so we didn't have to go to another location. Very nice guy very positive and appreciated all the help he gave as it could've been a nightmare without his help.”
