I stopped in just to shop around. I was met with friendly customer service and an amazing overview of different options for what I was looking for. Tori took the extra time to show me the differences of the types/grading of diamonds while also going above and beyond by pricing, talking me through a custom order process and providing all of the necessary information in making such an important purchase.

This is by far the most helpful and friendliest Kay’s I’ve been too! I love all of them. I’m hopeful that the great team in Riverview gets back to work soon and shame on anybody who's upset that they're trying to be safe! They want to help us but due to safety issues they are closed. I was very pleased that I was still able to pick up my jewelry at another location and I’m so happy that Erin went above and beyond to make that happen. Y’all really go above and beyond for your customers and I appreciate it

I dropped my wedding band off the last week of August and they promised multiple updates throughout the estimated 3-4 weeks they’d send my ring off. There were zero updates, so 6 weeks later I drove to the store to see signs that they were shut down. I had to call and drive 45minutes to pick my ring up without one single acknowledgement to say “I apologize for any inconvenience and I apologize for NEVER calling or emailing about the shop closure not moving your ring to a different/inconvenient location.”
Instead of standing around, make phone calls to your customers.
