Had a great experience! I had a dead battery and needed to get a new one installed without an appointment, today. Rene was SO HELPFUL! Best customer service I’ve experienced at this Sams club. Battery was under warranty and was done in 10 minutes (as a *walk in*) Overall awesome experience!
