“I went to Mavis for a 5:00 PM appointment to have new tires installed, and I was told the wait would be about 2.5–3 hours. While the wait time wasn’t ideal, I had work to do, papers to grade, etc., so I didn’t mind too much.
What really stood out to me was the exceptional customer service from Dan and Carlos. Initially, I was the only customer waiting, and the TV was playing in the waiting area. After a long day of working with children, I was already overstimulated by noise, so I asked Dan if it would be possible to lower the volume. He was incredibly accommodating and genuinely hospitable about it. It was such a small thing, but his kindness and willingness to make me comfortable really stood out.
Carlos checked me in and was equally wonderful. He walked me through the entire process, made sure I had the information for the mail-in rebate, and even applied additional coupons to help bring my final cost down. He kept me informed throughout the entire process, which I really appreciated.
To top it off, I had something I had written that I needed help proofreading and translating into Spanish. Carlos speaks Spanish, and I don't, and he was kind enough to help me with that as well. 😊
Both Dan and Carlos were easy to communicate with, patient, respectful, and genuinely seemed like good people who wanted to help. At no point did I feel ignored, rushed, or like they were trying to upsell or take advantage of me.
The wait time was definitely yucky, but the service and personal attention I received made up for it. Customer service like this is what makes a difference. I truly appreciate both of them and look forward to working with them again in the future.

“Roger at the new Tire Kingdom on Gibsonton Dr was so helpful. A brand new tire kept losing air and he was able to get the car in pretty quickly. His tire technician found a leaky valve stem & got it taken care of. We've been using Tire Kingdom for years, and I'm glad they opened this one closer to me.”
“Service was great, but was shocked with the price to patch my tire. Tire person never discussed price after taking my keys to go inspect the tire he never once came back to tell me the charge until the job was completed. Other than that overall service was quick and easy. I would suggest, that they make the waiting area a little more welcoming. Area is very dated and dirty around the windows and doors and ceiling is loaded with large spider webs all over. It gave me the creeps.”

I try to put in a pick up order in and product is our of stock. but you go into the store and long in behold they have what you want and alot of it. wanted to put in a order for today. no sams brand papertowels in stock. go in and they have more than enough. why? “Fantastic prices and services! I got a brand new Duracell battery with a warranty for $125. There was a couple of other things they did for free to my van. I just can't remember what it was.?. I parked my van at the service center and walked right into the Sam Club shopping Center,explained want I needed, paid the amount, gave them the keys,grabbed a grocery cart (which was 6 feet)from me and did my grocery shopping. An hour later they called me and said my van was ready. I was still shopping ?. I love it. It's so convenient. I don't have to run to 2 different places. I killed 2 birds with one Stone. I shopped and got my car serviced.”
“This is the second time I have visited with one of my fleet cars and slightly disappointed when I received my car and the tire pressure light was still on only to find out a tire didn’t have a sensor. If I take a car in to replace all four tires and align I do expect you to tell me about other things related to my tires. Let’s me know they only do the bear minimum.”
