If I could give negative starts I would im actually looking into suing this cal center for firing me a year WHILE PREGNANT then saying I can come back when I’m NOT PREGNANT so I had replied last week and was denied without an explanation and none of them will answer my calls so maybe the will respond to my lawyer because it’s unbelievable to fire someone for being pregnant then saying we will hire you when your NOT pregnant to then deny you a job for being A MOTHER.

This is a story update.Used to work brighthouse/charter communications years ago. Got a 9 year military background before that with loads of leadership and management training. Fast forward to my last day in I worked there the regional manager said I’d amount to nothing. Fast forward again, living my best life in California for a few years now making more per year than the regional manager could ever make. With sooooo many more benefits. Got 1 retirement benefit package done, 2 more in the works. I can’t remember what’s his name that was working there in 2017-2018 (shows how insignificant he was). But go fv€k yourself, respectfully and sincerely, better than you ever could be.Sincerely, petty me, about to live rent free in your head. ✌? and forget about you again.

So it's not bad enough that they keep sending sales ads to your house every week, now they come and knock on the door even when there's a clearly displayed no solicitation sign, and try to say they have to ask because it's a government program, which is a load.

Don’t do it!!!If I could give them negative starts I would.Spectrum/Charter-absolutely THE worst ever. They charged me for cell service when I never had cell number with them. Charter sucked and so does Spectrum. Don’t do it!!!

Spectrum Mobile. I purchased a new phone as an upgrade and your crack head sales agent created a new account to make a sale. Then you could not activate it. Then it took 2 months and a FCC complaint and credit card complaint to finally get my money back. I bought a new phone from competitor and acquired a new phone number to get away from Spectrum. After 9 NINE phone calls to disconnect my old mobile number and account. Once I pulled my credit card info it took them FOUR MONTHS to realize I closed the account as they kept billing. NEVER use Spect Mobile. Scammers

Absolutely one of the worst customer service experiences you could possibly imagine. The company hates their call center employees and uses them to deflect any responsibility, accountability, or (lack of) integrity. My internet does not work consistently at all and the price goes up every month. Then they will charge you to send a person out to "diagnose" your problem and inevitably find nothing wrong. On top of that, I've had multiple business and doctor appointments cancel on me because their internet is down. Spectrum is evil.

I was very impressed when I called Spectrum this morning, I spoke to a person immediately then he had a technician out within an hour. Barry arrived and replaced our router. Best service ever! Very happy customer! Well done! Thanks Barry!

Spectrum is a scam service they have stolen over 100 dollars from me in 4 months with lies and sneaky behavior I have been a customer for 10 years and they started scamming me out of my money and the service with their new modems is dreadful we have to restart the boxes 1 to 2 times a day and the man I spoke to that was a higher up about this was very rude and offered only criticism try me spectrum I have all the documents and call recording you will not get away with the scams and bad service from your higher up and modems
