Avoid! Very understaffed with long wait times just to switch out equipment that was already "reserved" for you by the call center. I was told it would be a 3 hour wait.

TERRIBLE customer service. Honestly one of the worst I’ve ever seen. 2 guys are working as slow as humans could be, and while helping guests they are talking about cars, texting on their phones, while there are 15+ appointments. Why am I cancelling my service? Well it’s pretty obvious. This company is a joke, anyone with any other option for internet and/or phone service should look elsewhere. Heck I’ll go back to having to go to the library and send messages by carrier pigeon before I give another penny in my life time to Spectrum/Time Warner Cable (don’t think I forgot). Think it’s time for brand name change #3 now…

We haven't had spectrum Internet since October 9th, called several times only to be told sorry nothing they can do. Cancelled my account and was able to have Frontier come out and install new service quicker than spectrum could come out and repair what they broke

Worst service anywhere all these employees should be fired. They said I had to wait in line to return my cable box and modem. That’s a lie because I would’ve waited in line. They would’ve just told me to go to UPS. That’s what the UPS guy told me your service at store is horrendous. You should be embarrassed as an owner to even own the store.

My internet goes out daily. I’ve had three technicians here and they all lie and say “ now that I fixed it and did xyz it shouldn’t go out again” Yet it does multiple times daily. It’s also expensive and we don’t get what we pay for. No one cares. My husband has spectrum cable and he’s constantly re setting the box. It’s ridiculous. I’m also sick of the spectrum sales people harassing customers in Wal Mart. Worst cable /internet provider.

The service sucks, in store and the physical service. I waited an hour to return my equipment as I no longer want to use their services. After an hour of waiting I was then told that I could return it to the UPS store and there's no charge for a box or label. On the note of the actual service, I've flipped between T-mobile and Spectrum. Spectrum is by far the most stingy service ever. Every. Single. Time. I call about something they try to up sell you and practically won't take no for an answer. Then when I was trying to cancel my services they wouldn't let me, just kept pushing. I'm constantly told my "promotion" is over and they raise my price constantly. This go around when I canceled my service I was originally trying to transfer to a new location and was told it's a $30.00 transfer fee and my monthly bill would be going to $69.99/month from $46.99/month. Then when I called back I was told that the person I originally spoke to was lying about my promotion being expired and that I actually had ANOTHER YEAR. Basically had I stayed with them and not called back my bill would have gone up for no reason... crazy.

Here now. Horrible customer service! We’ve been here 3 hours trying to get a new phone and we even had an appointment. The lady that started helping us left, I guess her shift was over. She didn’t even finish with us and didn’t get anyone to finish helping us either!
Dude I just told you about my experience!!
UPDATE Marcus should be fired! He has a terrible attitude and doesn’t know how to treat and talk to customers!

We called because we were having issues with our DVR box. The CSR coerced us into switching to this "new and improved" box called XUMO. Well let me tell you this new and improved box SUCKS!! It does nowhere near the functions that our previous DVR box did. After 2 weeks we attempted to go back to our original DVR box, and after spending 2 hrs on the phone with many Supervisors we were told we could not go back to that box because we're not in a "Cable area". Which is odd since 2 weeks prior we were working just fine. We are now stuck with this XUMO and I absolutely HATE it. It is extremely frustrating and not user friendly. The response time is SLOOOOOW and does not perform the same functions. DO NOT let them talk you into switching. WE are now checking into other options
