Corey was excellent. He was very informative an excellent customer service rep. He was friendly and very helpful.

Simply needed to return equipment and was told they were closed until noon, though hours of operation say they open at 10am. Why am I inconvenienced because of what looked to be a production going on? That is not what good customer service looks like.
