This company only cares about them selves. I tried to cancel this service and was told it was. I then had to keep calling back for a month because they were trying to bill me for another month. They finally closed my account. I wrote a letter to corporate to complain that I had to do their job to try and get my account closed. She called me back and had the nerve to say that there was nothing she could do but then asked if I wanted her phone number in case I wanted to go back. Are you kidding me? I had to keep calling to get them to do their job, they wanted to raise my bill just because I initially only wanted to remove my phone line. When asked what she could do for me, I asked to be reimbursed my last bill for all the trouble. She said no but if I wanted to come back, she would help me.

Wasn't helpful. Tried explain salesperson that the 800 # person sent us there. Might have to cancel phone services.

Simply needed to return equipment and was told they were closed until noon, though hours of operation say they open at 10am. Why am I inconvenienced because of what looked to be a production going on? That is not what good customer service looks like.

Marcus was wonderful and incredibly helpful, he is efficient at getting what you need done quickly. All in all I would recommend him he’s a nice guy!

Helpful employee, quick visit. I highly recommend making an appointment for your visit, otherwise you'll be waiting forever most days. With an appointment, I was pretty much in and out.

You know how they say there is no long term contract? That might be technically true, but the reality is that they make it so difficult to disconnect service that you'll give up in frustration and pay their exorbitant fees. In Florida you can get T-Mobile 5g home internet, at speeds much faster than Spectrum offers and at a price that is 30% less!I'm on my fifth day of trying to cancel Spectrum. They won't let you cancel online - you have to call them. That's so the trolls in their call center can try to wear you down so you'll get so frustrated that you'll pay the extra $15 each month and put up with slower speeds just so that you don't have to waste any more time dealing with them.Every time I try it's the same story - after verifying my identity, they start their script - badgering, interrogating, and absolutely refusing to listen to anything I say. During my last two attempts, they began shouting over me when I said that I just wanted to disconnect service -- then they put me on hold and I had to hang up after 15 minutes.AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.

Customer Service is a dying art. The only reason for a "2" versus a "1" is the manager, Ty. He at least apologized for the statements/treatment given to me by the employee. I am happy with my decision to NOT choose Spectrum. Period.

The service that I received was more than appreciated (supervisor) Michael went above and beyond to remove a payment for service that I did not use. I also received assistance from Ariel. despite me being un calm , she definitely had control of the situation and was able to get me in the right hands. Thank you to both of you!

This review is a for whatever manager and your "Spectrum Specialist" Seth,this store I will be emailing shortly. Your employee Seth the "specialist" ( middle aged man white and cocky with a beer belly). Decided to comment on an inteaction I was having with Michale your other very professional associate. seth Decided laugh butt into our conversation and input his comments remarks while I was expressing som frustration to Michale about having to wait 40 min for 2 min interaction returning some equipment. That's when the very professional Seth decided to laugh and add his comments. Dont use this specturn and please don't go to see Seth He's only been working for them for a year and still needs some training.

Just came to return equipment because my account has now been charged for service I don't have. Doesn't matter what time of day you come there is a line out the door and only 1 or 2 people working. Then the manager came out from the back and refused to help any customers. He literally said "Im the manager, I cant return your equipment" There should be a better way to return equipment... other than the UPS store where you have to hope it doesn't get lost in transit. If I could give zero stars, I definitely would. Do better Spectrum. This is why your customers are leaving in mass.
