“Update: almost five months in and no complaints over quality or service! Wish rent wasn’t so damn high but that’s not just a Woodbine thing - that’s a landlord thing.Original review: So far, so good! This is my first experience with prompt maintenance from a FLoRiDa landlord.I will say that I’m not thrilled about how strict they are with the trash valet policy. The 3rd party vendor shows up outside of the 2-hour window and I’ve received one angry letter about having my trash outside my door not during the 2-hour window… but I see when then vendor shows up and I’d rather have it waiting for them than miss the pickup, but after speaking with the landlord, they said they are addressing it.Other than that, yeah, it’s expensive, but it’s worth the quality compared to other companies out there. Highly recommended so far, and I will update this review if anything changes. Oh and Mia and Jazmin in the leasing office are very professional, prompt, and polite!”

“We held my Mother's 90th birthday celebration there and they were amazing! Very accommodating and the food was wonderful, the room itself was perfectly neutral to accommodate any decor and staff at the event were attentive and caring. We used an event planner and they were very accommodating and helpful to them, as well. The event was perfect!”

“Over the past 2 years, I have had the pleasure of getting to know the administrative team, leadership team, and several dozen agents. My relationship began as an outside vendor, and quickly I was drawn in by the positivity and culture- particularly in this Market Center! (so much so that I urged my husband to interview with the brokerage as he was looking to make a move at the time from a smaller brokerage) He was equally impressed if not more! “Came to Cameron September and was a little scared because of what I read in the reviews. Come to find out new management took over... Damien is an absolute treat and a wonder with so much personality, knowledge and expertise. We even had an issue with a light socket and the paint coming off the wall as we moved a large sofa and the maintenance guy (Rohan) LITERALLY came right over and assisted. No issues no problems... I'm extremely picky but this place is it... GREAT STAFF GREAT PLACE TO LIVE... PERIOD”
