“Pros: Management staff is wonderful - especially Jeannette and Maria. I would give them 5 stars! They are very personable and go above and beyond for the people who live here. Maintenance staff is also quite amazing! Beautiful property grounds / walking trail. Location is great.

Cons: Very poor construction and your experience will be very dependable on who lives next to you or above / below you. You can hear everything… the walls are paper thin. The hallways echo and are very loud. Had the worst experience in our original apartment we moved into with our neighbors and so we ended up moving apartment units as that was our only option. There always seems to be something going on around the apartment complex - painting, pressure washing, having to enter apartments for something, pest control, lawn mowers, fire alarms, etc etc. Working from home is not ideal here.

All in all, a great place for location and amenities. Not the greatest place if you value peace and quiet. Truthfully just don’t think it’s worth the price, paying over $4,200 a month for less than 1800 sq ft. But everyone has different experiences!”

“It is always a great experience working with Arthur! He is very knowledgeable, has a fun positive personality and is very responsive. Arthur has helped me on several occasions with recommendations when I’ve been in a tight spot. When my home owners insurance skyrocketed and I was having trouble finding a new company, Arthur provided me with a broker who found insurance for me at $4k less! Most recently, Arthur helped with a contact for a CPA when I had a tax issue. She has been amazing in understanding tax strategy, dealing with the IRS and understanding IRMA taxes. You can trust Arthur! When I sell my home one day, I’ll be reaching out to him yet again.”

“Visited San Merano and met with the staff. They were polite and courteous. As I was leaving stopped to get coffee and came across the manager who was assisting some children. Enjoyed talking with her and hearing more details about the property. Love the community, they have great new bikes the residents get access to use. The manager even walked me to the door. I went to 2 other communities just pick up information for my son who will be moving down in 2 months and the other communities it felt as though I was bothering them. Great vibes, upbeat and personable from the staff, manager and the people living there. Look forward to bringing my son by in 1 week.”
