“Pros: Management staff is wonderful - especially Jeannette and Maria. I would give them 5 stars! They are very personable and go above and beyond for the people who live here. Maintenance staff is also quite amazing! Beautiful property grounds / walking trail. Location is great.

Cons: Very poor construction and your experience will be very dependable on who lives next to you or above / below you. You can hear everything… the walls are paper thin. The hallways echo and are very loud. Had the worst experience in our original apartment we moved into with our neighbors and so we ended up moving apartment units as that was our only option. There always seems to be something going on around the apartment complex - painting, pressure washing, having to enter apartments for something, pest control, lawn mowers, fire alarms, etc etc. Working from home is not ideal here.

All in all, a great place for location and amenities. Not the greatest place if you value peace and quiet. Truthfully just don’t think it’s worth the price, paying over $4,200 a month for less than 1800 sq ft. But everyone has different experiences!”
