“I recently had an issue with a product that was not in its original packaging, and I was initially concerned about how it would be handled. However, AutoZone's customer service truly exceeded my expectations. The district manager, Sal, reached out to me personally to ensure I was taken care of, demonstrating a genuine commitment to customer satisfaction. He took the time to understand my issue and assured me that it would be resolved.
Following Sal’s call, the store manager, Josh, also contacted me to ensure I was taken care of and to apologize for any inconvenience I had experienced. His professionalism and courtesy were greatly appreciated and reassured me that my concern was a priority for AutoZone.
When I visited the store, Josh was on a delivery, but Dion, the parts manager, assisted me. Despite being the same cashier who couldn't help me initially, Dion was incredibly kind, helpful, and informative this time around. He processed my refund smoothly and took the extra time to educate me on the differences between a fuel injector cleaner and a complete fuel system cleaner. His detailed explanations and recommendations were extremely valuable.
This experience turned what could have been a negative situation into a positive one. The outstanding customer service from Sal, Josh, and Dion has not only resolved my issue but also reinforced my trust in AutoZone. I am very grateful for their efforts and dedication to ensuring customer satisfaction. I will definitely be returning to AutoZone for my future automotive needs. The Service Advisor Jeff W. was our point of contact from scheduling the service, checking us in and completing check out process. Jeff provided us with exceptional customer service. Jeff is very knowledgeable, patient and thorough. We plan to return next year for the annual service. On a side note, for new motorhome owners like ourselves it was recommended to us by the manufacturer of the motorhome to turn off the house batteries when we drop off the motorhome at the place it is being serviced.”
