Overall 5 stars on big box selection. If you cant find the tiles or flooring you need here you are probably too picky. Having said that, it is no frills and not great customer service. Returns are easy enough but finding help can be a challenge. Still, all tiles are labelled clearly for what type of surface they are appropriate for and also they have matching grout color suggestions. They also offer a design service which is decent.

Unfortunately, they are not customer service focused and Cassandra does not seem to prioritize her customers time. In my opinion Cassandra seems to lack accountability from management.Update- Berto stepped in, took charge and was very accountable.

We are in the middle of a home renovation and went to Floor & Decor to compare prices for tile against their competitors. This was our second trip to the Riviera Beach store in three days, not to mention visits to other tile vendors. It can be very overwhelming shopping here because there is just too much to choose from. To our luck, we met Paige, and she helped make everything MUCH easier. Paige is extremely good at her job. She's very knowledgeable and creative, like the folks on HGTV. Tell her your budget, and she'll steer you straight. We were able to find exact comparisons to what we found elsewhere for dollars cheaper that ended up looking 10x's better. We felt extremely happy with our purchase. Thanks, Paige!!

Floor & decor is a great place to find any type of flooring you would like the prices are pretty fair. Only thing I can say is their customer service is not the best at the location in Riviera Beach, I still have not gotten my refund for over $300 when I returned flooring back to them.

Berto and the floor sales people were super helpful but wow the guys and gal working at the pro desk don't ever want to help, and are rude and condescending. The worst part is that apparently some of them are even managers! You can definitely tell this company is broken at the top. They sold me 2 bags of thinset that couldn't even make it from the store to my house, and after I was able to haul them back they refused to return them, proudly and unapologetically. They actually blamed me. I would never do business with this company again.

I can't say enough good things about Jerrod from your store. I had an issue with a purchase and he helped me sort through it. He was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, and he went over and above to make sure all was as it should be. You are lucky to have him!

I had a wonderful experience today. I came in to select tile for two bathrooms. Mabel asked me if I needed any help and I’m so glad she did! She listened carefully to how I described the look I was trying to achieve. She walked me directly to perfect tiles for floors, walls and accents. I asked for her thoughts and she had some great ideas. Mabel has a wonderful design sense. She is very patient and thorough. Fantastic customer service!

I was in thus store yesterday and it was the worst experience ever.. no one wanted to help me and when they did they had an attitude.. one person even said they hated when a contractor sends customer to buy materials. This made me feel embarrassed. I am a 60 yr old woman in a cast trying to purchase tile from your company. I have never been treated like this. I will never purchase fton your store again. And all my materials for the rest of my restoration project will be purchase elsewhere. If you don't like uour job quit. Owners of this company. Look at your employees

The service provided by Ms. Judit SOOS was outstanding and beyond my expectations. It so happens that my academic field of expertise is customer service and after more than 50 years of conducting research in this field, I can attest that she is in the 99 percentiles of high-quality service IN ANY RETAIL ESTABLISHMENT. She is not only knowledgeable and efficient but courteous, compassionate and empathetic.

The worst place ever. Lets start with Diane at costumer pick up services, she must hate her job. Beyond shocked at the attitude and not even looking at you when picking up the material. If she was my employee, she would have 0 chance. We are a design company, and we send our clients there (they don't want to go due to the failed customer service all around) tons of people walking around with no help. This place is going down hill. Plenty of tile companies all around.FWI, forget calling this place even at 7:00am when they open. They will just hang up on you, they do not want to talk to anyone.

If I could give this place less than one star, I would. I started my order in July. There was four pieces of trim that we’re special order. They came in the beginning of August broken. Diane called me from the store to see if I wanted to re-order them. They should’ve just automatically been re-ordered. They were re-ordered on 8/4. I also placed another order for two extra pieces of the trim since it’s so difficult to get.The two pieces I ordered came in 8/18 yet the re-order of 4 pieces was not found. I’ve called twice to check on my order. Today I found out that nobody actually re-ordered the four pieces. So each time I called nobody was actually checking on it and now it’s going to take another two or three weeks to get. They can’t expedite the order. There is nothing they can do. I started this three months before my project due date. I feel this company is not caring of its customers.I definitely would not recommend them.

Has a great selection. The staff is not the fastest but somehow attentive. Well one only one. A thin lady in her mid 40s or 50s, with dark straight hair asked if needed help. We also requested some tiles to be move prior to grabbing ours that were on the way. Prices are reasonable.

Went to see some of their selection today, and it was worth the drive. They have a huge selection for really great prices. My husband and I walked in and were almost immediately helped by an employee named Michelle. She was very nice and knowledgeable and gave us great recommendations for our home.

I do not recommend applying to work at this store because it is very unprofessional. I recently applied two weeks ago and last Friday I had my interview. Everything went smoothly until I did not receive a phone call or email from the manager in charge of hiring specifying the next steps for me to be able to do orientation. For this company, you're supposed to receive an email to accept the pay and fill out some online forms that have to be cleared in order for you to be able to go to orientation. Four days later after my interview and I received nothing. Most companies are way faster than this. I called the company many times and was always left with no answer because no one picked up the phone, and they don't have a voicemail. It just kept ringing and ringing and eventually ended the call on its own. I don't understand how you basically hire someone and go ghost for 5 days acting like people aren't trying to work to be able to pay bills and other important stuff. I finally got a call to go through (from the design team line because the associates line did not pick up no matter how many times I called) and the manager was busy in a meeting which is understandable. Even when I was able to leave my contact so I can receive help and clarification on my status, they never called me back. Very unprofessional and unorganized. Management needs some help. I understand that a job gets busy and hectic but if you can't even find time to help someone for 5 or fewer minutes you need better organizational skills. Also to add, the fact that no one had reached out to me to check if I received the email and that I was okay during the process is very concerning. I had to go in person and seek out help. By the way, I was checking my email and phone every single chance that I got. I was constantly even checking my spam because that Is what I was told happened a lot and there was Nothing. I thought that maybe I had a typo with my email but now I realized it is because they’re not organized. UPDATE: Had the nerve to email ME saying they were the ones that didn’t receive contact from me….insane.
