“Initially you might feel that this place could be potentially quite intimidating when there's a full class of everybody throwing around the weights and doing some crazy stuff, but then you realise that you can do it with help and guidance and before you know it, you're flying. I like this place. They've managed very well with my shoulder injury and worked around not having to use my shoulders, and on top of that, they keep it clean. some pictures to show you.”
“Small style gym with lots of room. This is a laid back kind of gym. Not your power lifiting type of gym. Lots of great room for stretching. Lots of trainers to pick from. Reasonable prices. Not busy at 5pm. Most members are morning work outers.”

“I travel a lot and look for gyms with good open gym schedules. I tried Crazytrain CrossFit and the owner was so welcoming to me. I had time and space to do my workout, the equipment is Rogue and very good quality, the gym is clean, and the members are very nice. The owner even said I could bring my kids on a weekday morning, which my kids loved. It’s a great gym and a great community; if I were moving to Palm Beach, this would be the gym I would choose to stay at. When I come back to Palm Beach, I will return to this place.”

Of all the gyms that I've been to, this is the only one I've seen to successfully combine martial arts, HIIT classes, weightlifting, and a true sense of community. All the trainers are knowledgeable and passionate about what they do. This gym was started by world champion kickboxer Steve Shepherd, and it has implemented his incredible skills into the classes curriculum. The owner Ed is very friendly and welcoming, ensuring all members have what they need to reach their fitness goals. You will not regret joining this gym!!!”

“Tried out 3 drop in classes at 1401 CrossFit for the very first time. I had a fantastic experience! Great service with all my questions via Instagram prior to my arrival and once arrived felt welcomed.Huge workout space lots of equipment extremely clean facility. Coach (Memo) was very good at explaining technique and modifications when I needed. Felt supported and learned some helpful tips for double unders and back squats. I recommend this gym whole heartedly. The members were also very kind and when I visit back, I will be dropping in again.Mel”

“I had the absolute best experience at this CrossFit gym in West Palm Beach! I was visiting for two weeks and found this gem of a gym, and I honestly wish I could bring Wayne and Cindy back to my home state with me. From day one, they were incredibly warm and welcoming, making me feel right at home.
The gym itself has a great vibe—small class sizes meant I got plenty of individual attention, which really made a difference. Everyone there was so friendly, and Cindy was especially amazing when it came to customer service. She constantly checked in to make sure I was enjoying my experience, and even when I got sick my second week, she reached out to see how I was doing.
I wish I could be a permanent member here, but I’ll definitely be back next time I’m in West Palm Beach. If you’re looking for a welcoming, well-run CrossFit gym, this is the place to go!”

And ever since I’ve moved here, I’ve been trying to look for a gym that was similar to the vibes of the gyms I went to back in Texas. I ultimately was not able to find a single gym that I liked. That was until I tried out rock fitness. This gym is the absolute best in West Palm And so far the staff and environment has been excellent. I couldn’t recommend this gym more, and I REALLY appreciate Kameron At the front desk for helping me out, and kickstarting my membership. :)))”
