We did come in around 5:30pm on a Friday (they close at 6pm) but that was unfortunately the only time that worked for us due to our work schedules and they’re closed on the weekend. Anyways, Dylan was BEYOND helpful and showed a great attitude during the entire transaction and never showed annoyance with our questions or the fact that we didn’t leave till 6:30pm. HOWEVER, the blonde girl with the glasses (didn’t catch her name but i think her name tag said Caitlyn) showed EXTREME dismay and annoyance that we were there. Due to it not being processed yet, I was told I needed to come back after processing and Rob would correct it for me. The next day, first thing in the morning Rob called me and told everything was taken care of…I was blown away. You don’t come along that kind of service anymore let alone someone who remembers you from the day before and instead of waiting for me to return to the bank, he did it for me!
