“I've been meaning to leave this review site November, but the holidays got in the way. Their freight manager Joanne is amazing and deserves recognition for her outstanding customer service. I was looking everywhere for the Dollar Tree Plus 4 ft christmas trees for $5, I called and visited every location in a 20 mile radius. When I spoke with Joanne she told me that she was expecting another shipment in a few weeks, she got my name and number and said she'd call when they came in. I honestly didn't expect to hear from her again, but to my surprise about a week later she called, informed they had gotten them in stock and bc she wasn't sure what color I wanted she had sat 1 of each of the 4 colors of trees aside with my name on them! I was SO thankful and really really appreciated that she followed thru on what she said when I initially called”

“Was only there for travel. Stayed overnight for a cruise and had to grab some last minute items here. It wasn't very organized but I believe it was because it was black Friday! The staff was very friendly”

“This a great Dollar Tree with very nice employees. Just be prepared for messy chaos! There is product everywhere and it is a little unorganized. They recently went thru a remodel and have Holiday stuff to deal with, so I guess they have a lot on their plate! Enjoy the adventure :)”

“Went to dollar tree on Merritt island yesterday and had the best customer service. A man named Phillip was so polite and helpful! Guy was multi tasking so effortlessly! My daughter (5 years old and autistic) had to use the bathroom, I had to interrupt Phillip doing a task and he literally ran to the bathroom to unlock it for her with a smile on his face. I didn’t feel like I was bothering him or annoyed him like most people act these days. Then when we were ready to cash out, he had a super long line (very busy) of course my daughter saw the balloons and needed one and he got her one, with no problem and a smile on his face. I know this all sounds very little in writing but it was just a really good experience. It’s hard taking her into stores at times. It was really busy and he just did a fantastic job juggling it all.”

She went above and beyond for me tonight as I came in at the very last minute and they were already closed up and counted up but she still had the heart to take care of one last customer and it made all the difference in the world to me tonight. “After shopping at the Dollar General on 524 a number of times, it has repeatedly been a super clean store ran very professionally. Diane, who works there has always been very helpful, professional, and friendly. I have had a hard time with the app and trying to figure out digital coupons, and Diane has on more than one occasion taken time and helped me. I appreciate all the employees, the store cleanliness, the professionalism, and the friendly atmosphere from the Dollar General store on 524 in Cocoa, Florida. “There used to be a Family Dollar on Cocoa Beach, near the beaches, but that one closed, so this one is "on the mainland" in Cocoa. I stopped in here to get some inexpensive tools that I needed for a quick repair job while visiting our friends in Cocoa Beach. These Dollar stores are a great help when I need something inexpensive that might only be used once or just a few times, without having to spend lots of money at a home improvement store or hardware store. The store was crowded with merchandise but that's the way Family Dollar stores usually are.”

“This is a nice large generic dollar/discount store. I try to visit every month or so to see the new items. If you are looking for Wine deals- this is the place! “When this was family Dollar I avoided this place at all costs. It was very disgusting all the time. Shelves were always empty and it's not usually the employees fault. It's usually the manager and how they don't know how to order the correct amount of product so it wasn't the employees. If they just so happened to see this, I know it wasn't y'all.Now it's a Dollar tree. That's a beautiful thing. I'm looking at it from across the street at Walgreens. I don't know if it's open at this moment. I always come back to my reviews after I go to the place but this is just to say it's Dollar tree. I love it”

“Dollar General is one of my favorite places to shop. It generally carries everything I need for quick shopping, in and out trips. From fresh milk to Tylenol, their prices are the best. It's never overly crowded and all the clerks are very courteous and kind, helping anyway they can. Parking is never a problem and check out is always smooth. Try it. You'll be glad you did.”

“Keaton and Spencer are the BEST. Every time I come in they greet me with a smile. I work up the street and this is my go to location. I have never felt more welcomed in a dollar general then I do when I come to this store. 99 percent of the time I go to this location they are usually working and it doesnt matter what time of day, that's dedication especially since I know working in retail it is hard to find good help. Bravo to selecting such nice and helpful people to run this store. Additionally, my employees enjoy going to this location as well if I ask them to make a run to the store for cleaning supplies or the crazy amount of candy we purchased during the holidays.”
