“Honestly, this is my favorite Thrifty in Brevard. Everything I have bought is of good quality and the employees are very friendly. They already know me for being the one who buys nuts for my squirrels ?”

“Always outstanding customer service and everything you could possibly want, including a wonderful deli (they make sandwiches to order BTW) and a delicious bakery!”

“Their prices fluctuate a lot so be mindful, something could cost $2 one week and then four dollars the next week . I am slowly buying meat, a little nervous, the hamburgers great the chicken is great, I did buy the ribs one time and I threw them away immediately they were so freaking gross, just the smell was horrific, be mindful with the fruit, other than that that's my grocery store that's where I shop very cold bring a jacket”

“I left my wallet at self checkout, but didn’t realize it until the evening, after the store was closed. Still, someone answered the phone and confirmed my wallet was safe at customer service. I believe it was an employee who returned it. I’m sorry I don’t know your name, as I’d like to do something nice for you. But you have my sincere, heartfelt thanks!Employees are a big reason why my family and I shop at Publix. And this is a shining example for sure!”

“Very nice Winn Dixie (because Viera), better prices than Publix and good selection of products - especially meat and seafood.Publix still wins in the Bakery department though, WD bakery breads are horrible - go back to baking school! Live that they have self check-out too.”

“Love the publix chain but extremely overpriced compared to other super markets. For the amount I spend on groceries I might as well spend it at a Costco, sams club etc. And get more product for my money”

“The people here are very friendly and they have the snacks I miss and love from NYC at fair prices. It closes a bit early for my liking but other then that no problems!”

“If it weren’t for the manager Liz who was compassionate and managed to get me sorted within 5 mins this review would have wound up with a vastly different rating.I’m not one to pretend I understand the complexities of somebody else’s job. I’m sure being in a pharmacy, where you’re likely short staffed, and always slammed isn’t easy. That being said, choosing a job where you are directly involved with people who are likely seeing you due to illness or injury, you should probably have the ability to handle moments like that. This is already longer than I intended to write, but I’m still that worked up about it. Some brief background, chest pain that sprung up, did the typical thing of avoiding it until it didn’t get better after over a week. Primary just quit on me so I wound up at an ER because I work evenings and have no sick time. I was in the ER from 11:30 pm - around 6:00 am. Had to be up at 11, dropped off my meds praying to feeling better and start LITERALLY breathing easy.I was told it’d be an hour. The text notifications only work half the time, so I logged in and see only one prescription is filled after three hours. I call the pharmacy who sends me to the hospital because it’s missing a milligram dosage on the script. I call the hospital who sends me back to the pharmacy. This is when I had the joy of speaking with a pharmacy tech I’ll avoid from mentioning by name. She quickly began yelling at me that I was yelling at her. When in reality all I’d done was give her a quick run down of what had happened and asked somewhat desperately if anybody could help me. Did I sound frustrated? I’m sure. I’m sick. It literally hurt to take every breath and I’m being tossed like a hot potato from hospital to pharmacy. Does this woman decide to be a decent human and remember that she has no idea what somebody’s day has been like and maybe understand that while I’m not lavishing her with compliments I’m not yelling at her? No, she instead continues to yell telling me repeatedly she already told me she’d handle it. After telling her that at no point had any voices been raised and I just wanted her help I asked for a manager. And immediately broke down in tears. Liz answered and within FIVE minutes spoke to the hospital and filled my prescription. Why the insanely long review? Because, it’s true no matter what, but it is ESPECIALLY true in any healthcare setting. You do not know what a day in somebody’s life looks like. I hope that the pharmacy tech was having just that, a bad day. But, it seems like from recent reviews that may not be the case.If you read this, and it’s not by some off chance just the big wigs, I beg you to reconsider how you talk to those you encounter at your job and hopefully those in your personal life as well.”
