Prompt and careful!! I mention I noticed a scuff but was not overly concerned as the sofa had been marked down. Jason and Mikael noted that and within the week Indian River Furniture sent someone out to touch it up!!! Amazing!!

Jason and Mikael were careful, thurough, and pleasant throughout the delivery...even when we had to take out and put back a double-hung, impact glass window to get one of the pieces into a bedroom. Kudos!!
