“I needed a washer and dryer set badly. I applied online but needed it a lot sooner. I found the closest store was down the road. I was unsure due to the reviews being mixed. I went anyway, Andre was an absolute pleasure! I explained what I did, and he helped get it to me next day when it wasn't due until the following week. While there my husband decided he wanted a computer or laptop/tablet. Andre was the bomb! He was so kind, courteous, understanding, and knowledgeable. He helped this process to be very painless. Andre is awesome and will keep me coming back.”

“Don's is also a certified Bissell repair center. I had a brand new little robot Bissell that had a burning issue in one of the side sweeper motors. I absolutely love Don and I'm going to take him my Singer sewing machine - when I can get it downstairs that is. Great service, great personality, I'm in heaven in that store and leave my credit cards in the car so I don't wind up buying things I don't need because I will, absolutely did a fabulous job on my little beast. Highly recommend as he does service quite a few different machines. Please call first to make sure he can help you. Fantastic soul!”

“From the minute we walked into Badcock; we were greeted and had the best customer service. Bob Waters was out greeter and was wonderful. We then had the pleasure of speaking with Dillion McMillan and again was wonderful! We had to change our delivery date and customer service was so easy to work with. But to save the best for last, was our 2 handsome delivery guys. (I can't locate where I wrote their names down) these 2 were a great team!!!!! The entire experience was flawless.
