“The kiosk can be frustrating, hold your ID 6 inches below it to scan. If you are dropping off a test specimen, use the HELP button on the kiosk - and then choose the option for dropping off. My technician was Kate and she was very very professional and courteous. The waiting room is a little tight, but the patrons are handled quickly.”

“There are a few people that gave a not so favorable review. For example, the lady that complained of a long line during “lunch”??. Common sense tells me, this is a very busy part of the day. I have been going to this lab for a few years and never had issues. The staff has been professional and the process is quick for normal blood work. If it is out of pocket, I highly recommend this facility! Quest is 10x more expensive. I spent $75 compared to Quest $800+ charge. Quest is ridiculously more expensive. Unless they use gold plated needles and treat you to a steak and lobster meal afterwards, I would strongly recommend going to Steward Blood Lab!”
