“A postal carrier named Ian Abott from the Cocoa Beach post office went above and beyond by dropping off a FedEx package left at the wrong set of mailboxes. It had perishable items in it and he simply wanted to make sure it was delivered to the correct party before the contents expired. He left a personal sticky note explaining the situation. He went well above and beyond and I hope he gets the recognition he deserves for being such a selfless human being. Great work Ian, you're an inspiration to us all.”

“I like this post office, cuz it's small. Most the time there's only one person there. They go to lunch from 1pm - 2pm. There's usually a short line after lunch. Most of the staff is very friendly. There's one lady that likes to complain when you bring in more the 5 packages to ship out. The others are very pleasant.”

“I don’t care what anyone says this post office is the best I’ve ever been to and/or dealt with … not only were they helpful, respectful and polite but they went completely out of the way to ease my mind and make sure my needs were 100% throughly taken care of before disconnecting themselves from my confusing little life. I wish every post office had the type of people that work here. One bad seed doesn’t make it a bad apple. Plus you should remember that everyone is dealing with things they don’t speak on. So before posting negative things please be kind my friends and think about the whole senario not just the situation infront of you. Having a son with autism has shown me a little bit of patience goes a long way. It may of been a day day BUT it’s not a bad life. We need more love and peace people ?✌️”

She always greets me with a smile, takes the time to make sure everything is done right, and treats every customer with genuine care. It’s rare to find someone who makes errands feel easier, but Joanna does just that. She’s wonderful at what she does, and that’s why I gladly give her five stars every single time.”

“I guess its true, they do deliver through rain, sleet or snow as well as government shutdown. My mail person delivered a package in a torrential downpour and was absolutely soaked doing it. They deserve 10 stars.”

I don’t usually do reviews, but she went above and beyond to make my daughter feel comfortable and happy with her photo and even gave us little mystery Treat bags with a little 3-D printed animal toy in it.”

“I shipped multiple packages to my deployed husband and friends stationed overseas during my visit. Lynn was incredibly patient, kind, courteous, informative, and communicative throughout the entire process. He even made me feel safe when a customer in line behind me continued to make aggressive comments about how long it was taking to process my many packages. He used a calming voice and made positive comments to me which allowed me to not get overwhelmed or feel rushed, despite the customers comments. I felt like an actual person and not just dollar signs when working with Lynn. He truly deserves kudos for his professionalism and care.”
