“I’m from Washington DC and I was visiting Melbourne then we decided to stop by Costco and I was greeted by the Food Court Manager Jonathan and let me tell you something… he is fabulous, knows everything about the food court items!!! And gave us a wonderful service!!”

“Bought my glasses here. I have vision insurance which they do not accept but I have the Sam's Plus membership. They told me to get my eyes tested with my insurance and price glasses at the eye doctor. I did that and then took the quote and my prescription to Sam's. They don't have as large a selection of frames but I found several that I liked. When they figured out the cost, I was able to get a new pair of glasses and a pair of prescription sunglasses for less than I would have paid for just the glasses using my insurance at the eye doctor. I have had them for 2 years with no complaints. I just repeated the whole process again and have ordered new glasses and sunglasses at Sam's. They should be here in 2 weeks.”

When the vehicle was ready, I was notified via a phone call. The associate explained the future free rotation and balancing, as well as the road hazard warranty.
