“Beautiful facility. Various areas and classes. Besides the main gym there is a studio upstairs for yoga, etc. A studio for spin classes, and a yard for boot camp. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!”

“My family and have spent the last 2 summers in Englewood, FL. My daughter and myself enjoy working out and she also plays competitive volleyball so we were looking for a place to “keep her conditioned”. Body Shaping Fitness is a stellar facility and have always been very accommodating to me and my family. Nicole is super nice and very helpful. The equipment and especially the bathrooms have always been very clean and everyone picks up after themselves. I highly recommended this gym to anyone.”
