The staff is sharp, friendly, and dangerously efficient. Questions were answered without hesitation, parts appeared with suspicious speed, and nobody tried to upsell me into financial ruin.
Prices were fair and the whole operation ran like a well-oiled machine in a world that usually isn’t.

He was that kind of a man who knows to handle the game out there. And Jeniffer & Randall were such nice ones. Prices were much more reasonable with a great customer service. “My check engine light came on and I was freaking out. But, the gentleman (I don’t know his name but he has an Ivy tattoo on his left hand) was able to do the free check engine light service and diagnosed the issue as quickly as he could. I was in and out of that store with a plan on how to fix my minor issue in seconds. He was cool, knowledgeable, and kind. 10/10 customer service. Will definitely come back again cause of him”

“First off Armando and bri are out standing!
Went to my dealer found out there was an issue with a battery I had paid for the dealer told me to go back to the mechanic because it was still under warranty! Went back to the mechanic and as the mechanic was telling me it may not be under warranty and me saying okay don't worry about it I'm just going to go to O'Reilly's and make this O'Reilly's issue. Little did I know O'Reilly's representative Armando was standing right next to me! Check the battery confirmed it was still under battery warranty ordered the battery had it delivered to the mechanic and installed it himself! Next day go to return the one that was sitting in my trunk met Brie! My spirit just said go to her! She was AMAZING! FROM THIS POINT ON O'REILLY'S WILL ALWAYS BE MY GO-TO STORE AS LONG AS THOSE TWO ARE STILL THERE! HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM”
