“I almost didn’t go to Kid to Kid Palm Beach Gardens because of some of the reviews I saw online, but I’m so glad I did. My experience was wonderful from start to finish. The shop was adorable, well organized, and full of great finds. They had so many cute outfits and high-quality brand names. There was even a boutique section with higher-end pieces, and I found several half-off deals too.
The woman at the front (I believe her name was Nicole) was incredibly friendly and helpful. She pointed me in the right direction and made me feel very welcome. My four-year-old was being, well, “enthusiastically unhinged,” and I was worried about how people might react. But everyone was kind, patient, and understanding, which meant so much to me.
I found adorable items for both my four-year-old and my one-year-old. The colors were beautiful, the quality was excellent, and the styles were right on trend. I’ll definitely be back soon, hopefully with just one kid next time so I can spend more time browsing.

“Very nice shop, you can buy a lot of cowboy souvenirs, but of course also everyday clothes. Nice owners. There is also a second point in Jupiter. At this point you can find a larger selection of hats, shoes and jackets, but fewer gadgets such as knives or sheriff's stars.”
“I had the most delightful customer service experience in Carter's in Wellington mall from the manager no less I was there to bring back a shirt that was the wrong size and they didn't have anymore in store but she said let me check other stores and came back in a few minutes and said "all taken care of will have it sent to your home". I was looking through the sale rack (they always have great sales) looking for a simple white sweater for my granddaughter and she went away and came back with a couple of nice sweaters and said these go on sale tomorrow but we can start tonight and smiled. I ended up buying several more items and told her I would see her again . That is the kind of service I will always remember and will go back to. Kudos to Carter's.”
“I wanted to share a story about an amazing experience with Ashley, the store manager, of Vagabond Apparel Boutique. I ordered a hat online and it was promptly and carefully packaged and shipped USPS. The shipment was delayed and seemed lost due to the fault of USPS. I called and spoke to Ashley, she said she would investigate the problem and would also hold an identical hat until she could find out where my shipment was and if the shipment was lost she would ship the replacement hat at no charge. Luckily, USPS did find the box and my hat was delivered. Ashley updated me throughout the whole process also emailed me after I received my shipment to make sure the hat fit properly as I was unsure if I needed the small or medium when I had placed my order. She went over and beyond to help me with my purchase, the store is lucky to have her as the manager. I will be a loyal Vagabond Apparel shopper from now on!”
“Vineyard Vines of Palm Beach Florida is a awesome store which features both adult and youth clothing. The styles are of that who enjoys boating, the beach or just everyday wear. There store is quite unique with the register area shape like a boat and other nautical items all around. The clothes a re nice and extremely colorful. The store is located in the Palm Beach Mall.”
“I've been here before, but not for a while. Even so, I was surprised not to see a previous review by me for this store. I'm an Old Navy Shopper. I like the brand and have found many useful items at their stores in the past -- plus some very good Christmas gifts. And they've had some fun shirts for my husband. I wanted to come here to see what was new in stock. Even though they are a chain, there is sometimes a slight difference in what items each store carries. I really enjoyed this particular store. Everything was clearly marked, stacked very neatly, with lots of inventory, and easy to find. While browsing, I saw quite a few items that I liked. And I even brought a number of items into the dressing room to try on. My husband found a couple shirts on sale that were a bargain (really! one was $1.99.). So, adding in some things that fit me and that I knew I would get a lot of use out of, and were reasonably priced (they had many items at 30 to 40 percent off), I couldn't resist bringing them home. I was also pleasantly surprised to see that when I went to the check out that I had a few dollars in loyalty credits, so my purchase was even less expensive than I'd expected. Now that I have been here again, I shall be coming back more often.”

“I had such a great experience with KATIE at the Abercrombie & Fitch Wellington store! She was incredibly professional and personable over the phone. She didn’t rush me at all and took the time to patiently look up whether specific items were in stock. KATIE also went above and beyond by explaining the restocking process and even suggested other styles that might work for me. If Abercrombie could just copy and paste Katie’s customer service approach across all their stores, the brand would be absolutely unbeatable. She’s a true asset to the team!”

Picked up an item from the clearance that was not suppose to be their and Yvette the manager honored the clearance price anyways. “Such a cute little store for from infants to toddlers. The prices are on the more expensive side, but it's not unaffordable. Cute dresses, shoes, hats, sunglasses and accessories available for girls and cute outfits for boys .”
“The quality of the shirts and pants is really good. Especially the design, always colorful and "catchy". The fabric of all clothes is comfortable and soft. But, at the same time, baby clothes do not last more than 5-6 washes, which is very important, since with a very active baby you have to do laundry almost every single day.”

“This is a beautiful outlet l love it the security is always around but they need to spread out and not be all in one spot all the time for hours. Be nice to all customers not just the white high class citizens especially the black associates that work there.
