“I had the most delightful customer service experience in Carter's in Wellington mall from the manager no less I was there to bring back a shirt that was the wrong size and they didn't have anymore in store but she said let me check other stores and came back in a few minutes and said "all taken care of will have it sent to your home". I was looking through the sale rack (they always have great sales) looking for a simple white sweater for my granddaughter and she went away and came back with a couple of nice sweaters and said these go on sale tomorrow but we can start tonight and smiled. I ended up buying several more items and told her I would see her again . That is the kind of service I will always remember and will go back to. Kudos to Carter's.”

“My partner and I stopped by JCPenney at Wellington Mall with his daughters to find an interview outfit, even though we were all tired and ready to head home. We were so fortunate to be helped by Gabriela — she was wonderful! Her friendly attitude, helpful suggestions, and willingness to go above and beyond made the experience so easy. Thanks to her, we found not just one, but two great suits and two beautiful blouses. Gabriela truly made our shopping trip a breeze!”

“I’m going to give a 5 star only because of Miriam giving me the first initial great and spectacular experience. Yesterday 3/14 around 6ish pm, I took so much time looking at probably about over 20 pieces of clothing and finally decided on about 10 pieces of clothing which I’m very picky when it comes to clothes searching. I forgot my card and was so disappointed that i had done that but she made everything so much better as she reassured me that she will have it on hold for me and had me write out a paper that i had to fill out in which I came the following day (today) to pick up in the morning about 11am. Unfortunately, the girl at the register was not helpful and did not look in all the cubbies behind the register and threw her coworkers under the bus saying that “they probably didn’t know what they were doing and put it back” i corrected her and told her that Miriam (I don’t recall mentioning her name but i believe I said someone which now as I’m writing this I’m going to go back and mention to a manager of Miriams kind experience she gave me) mentioned that it would be in either the last or second to last cubby and sure enough as she promised it was there and I was able to purchase everything that i had chosen and took time to pick out. Thank you Miriam for doing everything possible and my experience with you outweighs that unfortunate interaction i had this morning which seemed to be a cranky employee who likes to slam things around after being politely corrected. Miriam should be recognized for her professionalism, kindness, empathy and patience for all customers as she even knew customers by name as i observed her transactions with other people. She’s a STAR EMPLOYEE! And a keeper!”

“I had such a great experience with KATIE at the Abercrombie & Fitch Wellington store! She was incredibly professional and personable over the phone. She didn’t rush me at all and took the time to patiently look up whether specific items were in stock. KATIE also went above and beyond by explaining the restocking process and even suggested other styles that might work for me. If Abercrombie could just copy and paste Katie’s customer service approach across all their stores, the brand would be absolutely unbeatable. She’s a true asset to the team!”
