Update 2024\\nI’ve been using the feel better fitness, brew, and move program for about 10 months. Three weeks after I began the program I canceled my knee surgery. I’ve been playing Pickleball twice a week ever since and my back and knees feel great. I give the program an A+. 3 Months ago I added the Foundations Steps program. I mix the Brew \\u0026 Move, Foundation Steps, Pickleball and bike riding as part of my weekly routine. I haven't felt this good physically, mentally and emotionally for 20 years. Melissa is a very capable and motivated trainer. She spends time to understand your issues and develops a plan to address them. She finds workarounds if you can’t do certain elements. Inevitably you feel better after a workout even if you felt at first you couldn’t do a workout that day. When I stopped making progress she suggested I see a neurologist. I did and that led to the discovery of a significant health issue that required brain surgery to correct. But it was correctable and now I’m in the recovery phase. She really helped me!! I can’t say enough good things about her.

I signed with Melissa to work with my elderly mom and it was the best decision. She's extremely professional: prompt, very knowledgeable, and effective. Melissa has carefully worked with my mom to improve her balance, strength, and confidence without overdoing it. She's also extremely personable and my mom truly looks forward to her sessions. We are very grateful to Melissa and highly recommend her.

Working with Melissa over the past year has truly been a blessing! I have lost 80 lbs. to this date and I'm reaching my goals every month.She is helping me change my posture & alignment enabling me to have better balance & my knee pain has disappeared. I can do things that I haven't been able to do for a long time, like getting up from a low beach chair and climbing stairs.Her exercise program is simple & she makes sure I perform each movement with correct form to avoid injury & get maximum benefit.Her nutritional program is easy to follow & flexible! I even lost weight over the holidays without feeling deprived!Finally, as a coach, Melissa consistently keeps in touch through e-mail & text messages to make sure I don’t have any questions or problems throughout the week. Melissa does a wonderful job and knows what she is talking about. I was under a 12 week program with her. She started me off slow making sure I knew proper form for each exercise. Then she put everything together to where I had full exercise programs to rotate. She did an evaluation prior to starting the program and again at the end to check weight, lost inches, balance and posture along with pictures. I could actually see it on paper in front of me how I progressed in that time. I was able to call her or reach out for questions if I had forgotten how to do an exercise. She would also re-demonstrate an exercise if needed. She would always say it was more important to do the exercise correctly. I highly recommend her. She genuinely cares about your success.

I feel absolutely wonderful! I am so grateful for Melissa! She helped me to lose 60 pounds, 44 inches in 6 months through proper nutrition and exercise.” The nutrition plan was a key ingredient to my success! Melissa is great! Not only does she really know her stuff, she explains why and how you need to do things with your body. Honestly, I didn’t think chair exercises would make a difference, but they do! Working up a sweat still amazes me! Give this a try- you won’t be sorry!

I have thoroughly enjoyed Melissa’s Core & More Fitness classes. She takes the time to give individual attention to each person, correcting their movements when needed and acknowledging when they are doing the exercises correctly. Each class is a good workout; I’m often sweating and tired when the class is over! At each class she gives us a work sheet that documents the exercises that were included in the class. The work sheet can be used to perform the exercises at home. Thanks to Melissa for her role in keeping us senior people feeling fit!!

Being seasonal I really miss going to her classes and looking forward to returning in the fall. Her program is varied and interesting. I feel that her workouts help me. Melissa is a great instructor and she makes the classes fun
