The store is clean and carries a wide variety of items, though it may not always have specific live animals like feeder mice. It is a favorite pet store for many, seen as a fun place to shop. However, it is noted that for some, the convenience of a close location can come with slightly higher costs compared to other large chains. The store offers carry out service and works with local animal welfare organizations.
