Do yourself a favor and just go somewhere else. The staff and management literally do no give dog poop about dogs. They will arbitrary cancel appointment and when you complain, they will give you an attitude and tell you to go somewhere else. Just Google Pet Grooming in your area, you cant do any worse then PetSmart.

This is where I’ve bought my dogs’ food from for years. They almost always have it in stock and the price hasn’t changed. Most people who work here are friendly but it can be a pain to get someone’s attention. Unfortunately, they are always busy and the line is often very long. Just be wary of that and give yourself some extra time to wait in line when coming here.

The service ladies and gents are always on point with service and communication.I have a German Sheppard who goes to this PetSmart regularly for grooming and the vet.

Clean store, friendly workers. Petsmart is hit or miss with what products each store carries. Will price match the online prices at register (usually cheaper online) bring phone and show cashier.

They have what I need, but there is only ever one register open. I must be going at the busy times because I'm always waiting to cash out. They do always have what I need though.

All personal are not friendly. They do not treat all customers equally. Great products, good pricing. Need to improve customer service.

Rude staff and horrible customer service skills. I don't recommend anyone bringing their pet there, God knows how they treat your animals when you're not around!

I bought a brand new cage for my dog. It is pretty big so I load it into my truck and get it home and set it all up. Once I set it up all the bars were bent on the cage. I call the store and they want me to disassemble it and load it and drive it back to the store. I said I can make this easy I will bend the bars back so I don’t have to go through the hassle and the manager said no. I will never return.
