“I was in a pinch and called multiple companies, but Premier 1 was the only one who even answered on a Saturday morning. My tow took a little longer than expected, but Chad was great! The patient dispatcher took multiple calls from me and updated me the entire time. Once Chad arrived he looked at my car and gave his best opinion on damage from hitting a curb (resulting in a popped tire). Super courteous and friendly. Even sent me pictures once my car was delivered to the dealership. Would definitely recommend!”

“So my car was Taken by Palm Springs Police Department after reading the reviews of where my car was being taken I was scared because the reviews were not good at all, but I can tell you from my experience from the first phone call talking to Miss Torry to the last phone call of the day up until I picked up my vehicle.
