“This is definitely not your typical car dealership review because I wasn’t even there to buy a car!
I was out for a run one day when it was about 95 degrees and extremely humid. I had to stop for a little bit because of the heat, and I ended up at APR Auto Group. From the second I walked in, they greeted me with nothing but kindness and made me feel completely welcome.
I ended up having a great conversation with them, and what stood out to me the most was how genuine and honest everyone seemed. You can tell a lot about people by how they treat someone when there’s absolutely nothing in it for them, and these guys made an incredible impression on me.
What really blew me away was that after everything, they even offered to give me a ride home for FREE so I wouldn’t have to keep running in the heat. I wasn’t a customer, I wasn’t buying anything, and they still went out of their way to make sure I was okay.
That kind of kindness is rare, especially from people you’ve never met before. I genuinely felt like part of the family just from this one experience. I’m extremely grateful that I happened to stop at APR Auto Group that day, and when the time comes that I’m looking for another vehicle, I already know where I’ll be going.
