“I have been a repeat customer of Todd's for many years. Always have great service and support from them. My wife has a Nissan Leaf we bought from Todd and have no issues at all with the vehicle. I have purchased several Prius from Todd and all have worked out well. The last time I was in the market for a Prius, I explained to Todd that I did not like how low the Prius sits which makes it harder to get in and out of the car. Todd told me just get a lift kit installed and we can put a set of oversized tires on it for you! I love the Prius Wagon I now have-it is just like an SUV how high up it sits now. “I’m usually very skeptical about buying used cars in case they have problems or issues. However, Alberto and Yasin have provided such a good and honest experience. They took great care in me as a customer explaining & showing me the car I went to see an hour before they were to close. They did not rush or pressure me in anyway. “Great Buying experience. First contact was with Brodis, he guided me through some of the preliminary paperwork. I was at first apprehensive, but after a long phone conversation, I decided to pull the trigger, book a flight from Pennsylvania make an appointment and buy a van in Florida. Subsequently Brodis couldn't make the day, and introduced me to John Diez who did the deal a few days later. Good choice, John was very helpful and spent a couple hours with me. The final result was a big savings over the current local pricing at local dealers in my area. The Van a 2001 Pacifica was very clean, and drove beautifully. I recommend this shop and Enterprise. They may have quite a few miles, but hard to tell from new.”

“After talking to multiple salesman and dealerships and fed up with the entire process as the car business isn't what it once was. These places couldn't care less if you buy a vehicle from them or not. You ask a question about a vehicle and they don't know a single thing. I had looked at probably 30 vehicles in the last week then i came across a listing for one at karplaza. I went there and met laidys and immediately i felt much better about the experience i was in. She was attentive to what i was looking for, if she didn't know the answer to my question she went and found the answer instead of giving a bs answer. The first vehicle i went there for was not what i was looking for so she asked for my bulletpoints on what I'm wanting. Once i told her, she told me she had what i was looking for coming in that evening. She wasn't lying. The next day i had exactly what i was searching for. The owner of the lot detailed it fully himself. The price was lower than any of the others and the service was impeccable! Side note: the selection of luxury vehicles they stock is better than any other lot in the area so if you're searching for something in that class, do yourself a favor and reach out to laidys at Karplaza.
