“Let me start by saying, I did not purchase a vehicle from Tampa Bay Auto Network. BUT my experience deserves 5 stars! From my initial inquiry, to my visit to their amazing showroom, to all the answers to my 100 questions, Jen Weeks was amazing!
She responded immediately to my inquiry and when I finally made it in to visit the showroom she handed me the keys to the vehicle and made herself available if I had any questions….she was no pressure at all! She was knowledgeable about the vehicle and presented the numbers in a very transparent manner. There was no fast or double talking.
I kept saying to her…”wait a minute, this is too easy”. But THIS is how you want your car buying experience to be…no pressure, transparent, with an easy/simple application process.
