Worked with Santi while shopping here and can’t say enough good things about how he handled it. I wanted to have the car looked at by an independent mechanic of my choosing before deciding anything, and Santi took care of the entire logistics himself — drove it out to the shop I picked several miles away and brought it back. No hesitation, no pushback.
I ultimately decided the car wasn’t the right fit for me, and Santi was completely understanding. No pressure, no guilt trip, no “let me go talk to my manager.” He just thanked me for my time and left the door open.
