“Service! Service! Service! I left Capital One because they farmed out their customer service to a third party, and it wasn't good. I was hacked last week and flew to the Clearwater location to open a new business & personal account, as they had shut down my accounts to protect my funds. When they opened the doors at 9 Monday morning until Noon, it seemed like the entire bank was working to get my company & personal accounts back online. A special thanks to Hahn, who was stuck with me the entire time and had to get other branch members to assist her in completing the tasks. Every single person was awesome! 1200 4th St in Saint Pete will send you packing and refuse to open a account for no reason. Go look at the reviews on the 4th st location. Probably the worst rating I ever seen for a bank at 2.8. Not one employee cracks a smile. It does not take over a week to do a so called background check so you can open a personal checking account. Time to regroup. Thank you so much for assisting me Sean and treating me like a VIP. This is why your branch has a well deserved 5 star rating. Give this guy a raise or send him over to 1200 4th St N as a branch MGR to clean it up real fast. He is a asset to the bank. Also, the bank teller that won all the customer service awards gave my little dog a huge biscuit. Thank You.”
