“On this location: This is the branch I regularly come too and HATE when I have to go to any other branch bc of the excellent customer service I receive here. They set the bar high, every other branch I go to is just not the same welcoming and helpful staff. I’ve been to three or four other branch locations through the Tampa Bay Area and this one by far is the best! I will literally drive out of my way to come here because of the difference. Mary went above and beyond in assisting me throughout the whole lending process, much more than I ever expected. She went the extra mile to call multiple dealerships to try and see if they would accept an outside lender, which today seems to be a bit of a challenge! She also thought outside of the box for different approaches on how I could finance the lease buy out when it appeared that the first Mazda dealership would not engage in the loan process.I am truly grateful for all the support the lending team at Grow has done just for me, when I just applied for a loan online. “Everything went fine on my loan but they wanted to charge me large amounts every time I make a payment. I had to open an acct I don't need to transfer funds to make payments. So transfer from my acct to their acct to the acct for the loan payments! I still got charged! Unbelievable. But hey, it was a good loan w average rates. So not as bad as I make it sound. “You have to maintain $5,000 in your checking account and their locations are sparse I think the the tellers inside have a specific pitch for new customers I don't like that being that I have sold everything from books to homes. The prose is it's easy to get a checking account and don't have to worry about your credit and their lacks on that which is a good thing for those of us that have low credit scores”
