“I went to Costco on a research mission. LOL my membership at Sam's Club was expiring and I wanted to determine which would be better for me. What I did find out was that Costco is a bit higher in price for the membership, but their in-store pricing is very similar to Sam's Club. At this point it's just whichever is more convenient. Though even with the price difference, I am hoping to be able to go with Costco for other reasons”

“I've had a great experience with the staff at Safety Harbor Industrial Complex. I've rented a few different spaces over the past couple years and used them for storage and office space. The offices have all been remodeled over the past year or so and they're a great value. The very few issues I've had were handled in a timely and professional manner.”
